Administrator/Office Manager

Escapia is currently recruiting for a fun, energetic and driven (like us) Administrator/Office Manager to support a dedicated technology team. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and supporting the senior management team as well performing all the tasks to make an office run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the overall team.
  • Oversees the purchase of office furniture, equipment and supplies, and controls inventories.
  • Procures and maintains outside service contracts, such as beverage and food services.
  • Manages office space utilization to determine most efficient choices relating to support functions, space planning, and site management.
  • Responsible for preparing material for shipping and distribution.
  • Works on miscellaneous administrative projects identified by the management team.

Skill Requirements:

  • At least 3 years as an administrative assistant or office manager in a professional corporate environment, preferably in the high tech industry.
  • At least 5 years' general work experience.
  • At least 2 different jobs in your work history.
  • A mature approach to chaos and problem solving.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite of tools
  • Strong filing and organizing skills.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
