Two major Escapia innovations are also just around the corner: the all-new Rates Manager and EscapiaConnect.

Rest assured that the old rate management system will not be going away as soon as you get access to the new Rates Manager. We know it’s a record-breaking summer for many of you, so will give you ample time and a safe test environment to get comfortable in the new system.

From global rate settings to weekly/monthly discounts, the new Rates Manager is full of features designed to make it easier than ever to manage your rates. The team also unveiled EscapiaConnect: an all-new channel management solution available right inside Escapia!

With EscapiaConnect, it will be easier than ever to reach top channels like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and Google – all without leaving your Escapia software. That’s in addition to our already industry-leading connection with Vrbo.

In addition to these two major innovations, the Escapia team is also in the final stages of adding new payment provider options, additional security enhancements, and billing improvements. The future of Escapia: Software sneak peek

The team wrapped up with a sneak peek at two other major focus areas for the rest of this year and into 2022.

First up, we’re hard at work on a new product within Escapia that pulls all guests communications into one place. This new solution starts with two of the biggest requests we've heard from you: bringing in messaging from Vrbo and enabling SMS (text) communication.

Our end goal is to centralize messaging from all channels and make it easy to respond to traveler inquiries, assign and monitor maintenance requests, market to past guests, and more – all from one unified hub within Escapia.

Secondly, the team is focused on expanding the more modern, user friendly interface throughout Escapia. These interface upgrades will touch many areas of your software, including a new and improved Unit Editor and Wizard that better aligns with your workflow and ultimately makes it easier to update and manage your units.
