What Property Managers Think About 2017

Vacation rental property managers are ready to respond to industry changes, events, and new opportunities.

2016 was a big year for vacation rental property managers. They continued to defend vacation rentals against new local governmental restrictions, natural disasters affected some of the most popular vacation rental destinations, and property management companies prepared to adapt to new overtime regulations.

Through all of these ups and downs, vacation rental managers have kept their eyes focused on the future. We’ll be releasing our annual trends report highlighting what’s in store for property managers in 2017 soon. Before we look at how the larger industry is changing and growing, we thought we’d investigate how property managers themselves are feeling about the year ahead.

After interviews, surveys, polls, and a lot of crunching the numbers, we have some good news: 2017 is shaping up to be a year of growth for vacation rental property managers.
