You can now set up a custom, mobile-friendly access portal. Guests will then enter a confirmation code and their check-in date to access their welcome book. You can also send the guide as an offline-available PDF before or during their stay. Here is a sample PDF guide for reference.

To better reflect the unique attributes of each of your units, Escapia Guest Guides use our merge tags to populate information into templates. That means that when a welcome book is generated, it fills those fields with reservation and unit-specific information for a unique guest welcome experience every time.
